bubbles are our best friend....

We have this awesome bubble machine that the girls just love playing with...and i have glycerin and soap to make endless bubbles...it is hours of fun which has been helpful on these rainy days!  just look at the smiles on their faces...who wouldn't want to join in!

Our mini VaCaY

So we decided to go to Nebraska March 8...yes we (meaning Nate) drove us, the girls, the whole 14 hours...we stopped in Wyoming on the way over.  We spent about 5 days with my parents in Nebraska and headed down to Kansas for 3 days to hang with Nate's brother Jeremy and his sweet family along with his brother David and some of his beautiful family who came over from Oklahoma.  Then we trucked on home but stopped in Denver.  Telling you that the girls were beyond perfect is QUITE an understatement.

On our second day of travels we stopped to say Hi to one of Nate's friends in Nebraska (before we got to my parents house)...the girls had fun i would say...

On our third day of our trip we, meaning Nate/Me/Adey (Paisley wasn't old enough so mom stayed with her) went with my dad to see this amazing Chinese acrobat show.  Adey loved it...we all agree they could have done without the few Oprah songs but the dancing was beyond words can describe.  We had a great time and brought my mom home ice cream afterwards.  Thanks dad for the great show!

We visited the zoo...which is one of my favorites and glad we got to take Nate for his first time to this zoo

I just love otters and Nate got the girls these cute (one pink and one purple) stuffed otters...the girls loved them!

cute monkeys

mesmerized by the animals

just missing adey and then we have all the girls!  She was off having fun with grampy so didn't want take her away

Next on our trip to Kansas...Paisley loved playing on the piano and I enjoyed hearing the many talents of others who played.  Adey would even ask me how to write words so she could compose her own music.  It was really cute!

new cousins to be...they played so great!

they were watching disney music videos on youtube...gotta love olaf thrown in there

And we walked over to the park for some fresh air...

Andy they played around in the dirt...we enjoyed the daylight staying with us much longer!

most of the crew...my girls were sad the trip was ending so they didn't want to be in the picture!

Nate booked us a nice hotel on the way home in denver...and breakfast was amazing!

The drive through the colorado rockies...just love how mountains were formed...its amazing!

my lil girly girl

One of Paisley's favorite things is to have her toes painted...so this weekend look what we did:

Free date night

On Friday night this last week Adey went to Idaho for her cousins baptism and I couldn't make it so Paisley stayed home with me.  Nate had gotten 2 free tickets to the Utah Grizzly's hockey game against Alaska and Paisley gets in for free so thats where we were:

It was fun...only one fight though and while Nate yelled at the refs to stay out of it Paisley yelled stop it...lol.  We didn't win I don't think...I don't know the final score because we ended up leaving early because it was after 9 and not over and past Paisley's bed time and you could tell she was tired and we still had to drive home.
