The Gardens and Mothers day

for mothers day this year since it is not a normal year, I just wanted some home made cards, didn't want to cook or do any dishes, wanted all gifts to go towards finishing the yard, and I wanted to go to the Thanksgiving point gardens. Its my favorite and I just love the tulip festival. So we got our tickets and headed over on a Saturday morning and it was beautiful even with not all the tulips out. Some one gave us some fish food for free because they bought too much and we had a lot of fun watching the fish just go so crazy over the food because they haven't been fed extra food with the gardens being closed for so long with Covid 19. We had so much fun and got my favorite chic fillet for lunch and did some yard work over the weekend. My friend, Heather. Also set up this outsoor card painting so kids could come paint a little something for their moms since this year we wouldn't get the cute little normal homemade gifts from what they make at school. I hadnt realized how much I looked forward to those until it was taken away from us this year since schoola were closed because of the virus. Nate also made me a yumny roast dinner and I didn't have to cook or do any dishes all weekend!
