Drop off gave me a weird feeling as I watched you walk to the only door 6th grade can enter for they assigned doors for each grade, wearing a mask all day except at lunch/recess/pe, only being able to drink from your water bottle brought from home, lunch being throw away sacs only, shortened days and online school on Fridays, tempurature checks on Mondays, dress down day being on Thursdays hence you taken that change and wearing your prideland dress today, no school supply sharing and extra classroom cleaning. Despite how COVID-19 has affected our family for the good and hard, you have amazed me through this all with your positive attitude and willing to handle the constant change. You are going to do great this year in school and I am excited to watch you blossom some more. I CAN'T BELIEVE HER FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN IS HERE...not what I had imagined for this sweet girl to start her first day of school wearing a mask but she says it doesn't bother her and is just so excited to go to the big school like her sisters.
