Last night we headed to Gardner Village for family night. Nate has never been and Adey has been asking to go. So we got our coasts, grabbed the stroller and headed for a Monday night stroll/walk which is only about 15/20 minutes. First stop was an early dinner so we grabbed some at Archibalds (I just love their Santa Fe Chicken Salad with corn/black beans/tortilla chips/cheese/pico/chicken/lettuce all sitting in a spinach tortilla shell with ranch dressing and so yummy and I can eat it every time I go and NOT be disappointed but come to think about it I can gonna make it for dinner because it sounds so easy to repeat)..the girls devoured their Macaroni and cheese which is not Kraft but with shells with their home made sauce and Nate got prime rib and shrimp (I think). Just a yummy place to eat at if you are ever around this part of Utah.
Then we saved most of our sour dough bread for some duck feeding which we always do when we come. This time Paisley even tried to help feed the ducks and they were gentle and not as many which was kind of nice.
We were hoping to head over to the candy store but didn't realize they are still working on winter hours and closed a little bit before we noticed what time it actually was so we headed back to Archibalds to get some dessert and take it home. The molten chocolate cake is super yummy but extremely sweet so we all shared 2 btwn the 4 of us although i don't think Nate ate any and so I have another whole one in the fridge for tonight.
After we got our dessert we took a stroll home...perfect weather...great night...yummy food...wonderful company!
