Jakers Pumpkin Patch

This past weekend the weather was chilly but sunny.  We decided to venture out to our all time favorite (and yearly tradition) pumpkin patch in Springville called Jakers.  We love it because there is so much to do from a big corn pit to slides to hay mazes to corn mazes to tractor rides to a petting zoo to a tiny haunted house and more.  It only costs $2 a person ages 5 and up (4 and under are free which is a huge bonus).  So in all it is pretty affordable and we bought pumpkins there this year that we will carve closer to Halloween (since we are going out of a town over fall break and don't want them to rot).  The pumpkins cost .30 cents a pound so for our family it only cost $21 for the pumpkins.  We tried some yummy, warm, fresh doughnuts for a little treat which did not disappoint!  I love my family and I especially love making memories with them around the holidays!  This is one tradition that will never change:
