Also every November we do a few crafts being one of a turkey made different ways. This year we traced their foot and let them color it brown and then painted on their feathers how they wanted to and then they glued on googly eyes and a nose...they turned out pretty cute if you ask me with their creative little imaginations:

Thanksgiving tradition...
Every year for a few years now I make this tree with my girls for a family night activity and we (including Nate) through out the month come up with things to add to it that we are thankful for. It sure helps us be a little more grateful throughout the holiday season (I will post a finished picture of the tree at the end of the month...hopefully we fill it up and run out of room):
