So the other day we had some friends over and they have such a beautiful little girl name Chloe and they nick named her Coco (I think she even said their little boys like to call her hot coco which is super cute). I asked her mom, Britnee, how they found that cute nickname of Coco and she told me she was looking up on the internet nick names for Chloe.
(chloe on the left Emery on the right...6 weeks exactly apart and BFF's little do they know)
Anyway to this led to my curiosity and I did the same. I researched Emery's name and nick names for her and this is what I came up with Em, Emmy, Mimi, Emma. It is a German name meaning 'industrious' 'ruler of work' 'powerful home' and was originally a boy name but is becoming a more popular girl name.
We already call this girl so many nicknames (she is quite adored here in our home...maybe.sometimes.just a little too much and she lets her sisters know when she is overwhelmed of the constant 'in your face' attention!) oh ya so her nicknames we use are Em's, Emmy, Baby E, little monster, baby goo, buby and I am sure I am missing some...
this little girls LOVES her hands
Paisley wouldn't leave her alone so she gave us the pouty face
I went to get her in the morning from her first nap and this is how I found her...don't worry she was breathing just fine but wiggled her arms out and pushed it up further on her face. Silly girl
getting stronger and stronger by the day...slow down baby girl!
She didn't sleep as much as normal through out the day and I got her ready for bed and left the room for a second to grab her blanket and this was how I found her when I came back (probably the first time since she was a newborn she has fallen asleep not in a car seat with out being swaddled)
I gave her a small bite of mushed banana to see her reaction and she LOVED it...we aren't starting foods just yet since she isn't quite old enough but a small small taste will do no harm!
I just LOVE how she posed one day during nap. She woke up to nurse and fell back asleep in my arms. She really loves to snuggle and I really enjoy it!
don't think about taking her paci...she won't let ya
her little hands...aw this little girl was meant for our family and came at the perfect time! She teaches us daily about love, patience, and enjoying in the moment (not worrying about the future too much and just taking in the small moments). She is beautiful and loved by all. She would have quite the saving if she got a dollar for every time someone said how beautiful she was or how little she was. She is always smiling and lighting up any room she comes into! Doesn't take much to get a smile out of her! Baby smiles are so sincere too!
